About DevPenh

DevPenh is a small collection of free utilities for everyday development work: formatting and comparing JSON, generating Dart models, inspecting JWTs, testing regular expressions, URL and Base64 encoding, and converting timestamps. It is built and maintained by Yorn Chanpenh, an independent developer in Cambodia, who also writes the guides.

Principles

• Local processing. Tools run in your browser. Input is not sent to a server operated by this site.
• Correctness over features. Each tool documents its exact behaviour and limitations, such as how arrays are compared or when numbers lose precision.
• No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for.
• Open-source foundations. The site is built with open-source software including Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and Lucide icons.

Funding

The site may show clearly labelled advertising, and some guides recommend relevant products through disclosed affiliate links, to cover its costs. These are always kept away from tool input and output. See the privacy policy for details.

Uptime

The site and one tool page are checked every five minutes by UptimeRobot. Current status and history are on the public status page.
